Ultimate ID® Plus monitoring services begin once you successfully validate your identity and complete the activation/authentication process. The primary owner and one joint owner of the account are required to each have their own email address for activation. You will receive an email with instructions on how to complete the authentication and enrollment process. If you do not complete the activation process, you will still have access to Fully Managed Identity & Fraud Coverage which includes remediation and recovery services. Ultimate ID® Plus is powered by IdentityForce®, a TransUnion® brand. Other restrictions and limitations apply and are subject to change by IdentityForce®, Inc., Generations Gold, Inc., or any other related provider. (3)Coverage is supplemental to any valid and collectible insurance or indemnity cell phone programs you may have. Coverage is for up to $600.00 per membership account per lifetime. Available to primary and joint members only. Must provide proof of ownership, cell phone must be 2 years old or less, must pay for the cellular phone bill from your TSB checking or savings account (the same account that the Benefits Plus® Membership Fee is paid from) and provide documentation. Not a replacement program; does not include theft. Submission of a claim does not guarantee coverage or coverage availability.
