TSB Electronic Banking

Tennessee State Bank’s Electronic  Banking Services puts you in control of your finances, anytime, anywhere. This standard service is free to all of our personal banking and business banking customers.  Our Electronic Banking Services* include Online Banking accessed through our website and Mobile Banking via the TNStateBank Mobile App.  No matter which Electronic Banking Service you prefer, we provide a modern, consistent look and feel across all your devices, simplifying how you manage your accounts and move money. Your login Credentials will be the same whether you log in from a computer or the app!

TSB eStatements

Go paperless and save the environment with eStatements!  With TSB eStatements you can access 18 months of statements and view, print or save them to your electronic device.  The process is secure and helps protect against identity theft. 

TSB Debit Cards

Tennessee State Bank has debit cards for consumers and businesses.  A TSB Visa® Debit Card can be used anywhere Visa® is accepted.  A TSB Visa® Debit Card issued on a consumer (personal) account can earn up to 1% cash back, up to $250 a year*, on qualified non-PIN debit card purchases through CardCash™.  Register today! Then press credit to get it every day, every pay!

TSB Credit Cards

Tennessee State Bank has Visa® credit card options for consumers and businesses.  For more information on how to apply for a TSB Visa® credit card, visit the Credit Cards page to check out online application options, to download and print an application and disclosure*, or call our Card Services department at (865) 429-2273.

Apple Pay®

Apple Pay® is safe, convenient and easy to use.  The TSB Debit Cards and TSB Credit Cards can both be added to your iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch to pay for purchases at any participating merchants.  Your card number is never stored on your device and card details are never shared when you use Apple Pay® making it a safer and more private way to pay , and so convenient!  

Samsung Pay

Have you taken your Tennessee State Bank Visa® card digital yet? Adding it to Samsung Pay is as easy as snapping a picture of your card. TSB Debit Cards and Credit Cards can both be added to your select Samsung Mobile devices. 

Google Pay™

Google Pay™ is a contactless payment technology that makes paying as easy as pulling out your Android phone. Users’ card information is never shared with stores because Google Pay™ doesn’t send their actual credit or debit card number with their payment. TSB Visa® Debit Cards and Credit Cards can both be added to your Android phone to make paying for purchases at participating merchants safer and easier!

TSB Coin Machines

Many of our branch locations have a Coinstar® kiosk that will take your loose change and give you a voucher to cash or deposit at our teller windows..  These machines are a convenience service for customers and non customers of TSB and because the machines are owned by Coinstar®, there is a 6% service charge on the total of coin counted.
